Initially I received a False message informing my account is liable to be disconnected due to non receipt of meter reading, even though I've been paying bills regularly. Post that i thought to check MGL mobile app to lodge a complaint... however i found that my account relevant details including past bills are not visible in the app. Now I am not able to see the data in app also not able to lodge complaint as it is giving error. Very bad app user interface.
