Don't book with Namshi. Pathetic customer service for everything thing. I don't even want to give 1 star to them as it's been 1 month I didn't receive the refund for the products I return already, they are tied up with noon and the representative came and picked up the items but as per them it's not been registered. Even they don't delivered the products on time they say they will deliver in 24 hours but they don't as they took almost 1 and half week to deliver it.

Shipping time is unreal from the UAE to the KSA. On other apps, I get my shipment from as far as the US in much, much less time. Some items cannot be added to cart lol. Additionally, they cancel.Not sure why the use Aramex here, a courier you're definitely going to struggle with. Their pick up for exchange time is unbelievable. Also, what's with the random calls from Aramex.When they call you they let it ring for literally 1 second then when you call back you can't get to the person who called.

Worst shopping experience ever. I order for the first and last time from namshi. One of my items gets canceled without informing me, turns out it's out of stock but not updated in store. I contact customer service, they take so long to reply to one message, I had to ask many times same question to finally answer it. I try to cancel other items, but can't because it gives me an error. Worst experience ever. Never ordering from namshi again.

Take it from me "Run Forrest Run" lol, you're better off shopping elsewhere. What a disappointing experience i had with them, and their customer support team are totally useless specially the supervisors if they exist...

It is a really nice app for shopping and has a wide range of collections! But the main problem is they don't have sizes and they never refill the stocks ... I had added a couple of hoodies to my wishlist but I didn't have my size ... So I clicked notify me when my size comes and it still hasn't come ... It has been over a month since I put it on wishlist !

I order 2 pairs shoes for me and my friend both of them were tight I had requested for changed and I delivered both of them to Aramex office but namshi exchanded and return back to me just one pairs of them I sent massage 3 times to namshi support but they didn't answer me yet after 2 weeks Where is my shoes I exchanged few times by 6th another companies whiteout any troubles Namshi Customer service = 0
