On some cross-border routes e.g. Budapest-Belgrade arrival time is not right at all - there are always lines of buses on border crossings and sometimes you wait 5+ hours extra to cross. The app should tell me that so i plan my trip accordingly! Flixbus has all the data about all trips for all routes, just aggregate it and show real travel time.

Love the app. The buses are nice. Power always works, wifi is decent enough. But. If they leave early and you're banging on the door showing ticket. They'll leave without you. So go extra early. If they're late. Where you miss a second flixbus. They will probably take you to the town or city you were going to. However, it probably isn't the bus stop cited on your ticket. So beware. Bring extra cash for a taxi. Would I order again. Yes. Have I been disappointed yes. I'm hoping it was bad luck

First time I booked ticket and amount was deducted. After numerous complaints, yelling and follow up got my refund back after 5 days. Booked ticket from Lucknow to Delhi. No vehicle number, driver or contact details were not given. You are clueless and just waiting for the bus. just like local transport bus came at the stop and road side bus conductor didn't knew how to talk. Bus didn't stop anywhere in the between for washroom break. Had a very bad experience. Very Disappointing.

The worst busses company ever , neither open the WC , never on time , and today was the worst when we saw the bus passing by our stop WITHOUT STOPPING. we had to pay a Taxi 4 times higher than the price to get to our destination. Fed up and pissed off

The information provided is a lie. There is no leg room, outlets are NOT available. Not a good experience for what it costs. And lack of appropriate navigation when it comes to planning trips, in my opinion.
