App is very useful but it is constantly loading and almost unusable 30% of the time because you can't access your sheets.

The App doesn't let me add another sheet. It's just keeps loading the screen, scrolling a line across, with no option to select a category or template. I have a subscription and logged in too.

At the moment I can't give it anymore than 3 stars. The functions are great when you can get logged on. At the moment I'm mobile it's hangs for a long time and doesn't let you onto any of your pages. You need to sort the mobile android app.

Smartsheet is grea but I have to continually reinstall the app as it keeps giving a error "this is taking longer than expected" and as soon as I reinstall it works again for a few days

Have to use this for work. It sucks. It intermittently loses my saved forms. It has issues loading our dashboards and can take a very long time to load sheets.

Have to uninstall the app every week for it to work. Won't load any of the ledgers just tells me this is taking longer than usual. I've tried to clear cache and force stop the app.
