So difficult to capture ID it's always failed. This platform should make us easier. Safe time and energy rather go to samsat so many papers and long line. Other things is that the vehicle taxes are now good that we are able to process it throughout specific merchants such as Indomart etc. Good and easy for us and tax dept right? So why they not do same way on this application. Please fix and make great citizens NKRI happy. Hopefully dev read this message. Thank you guys!

What a disappointment, the application said my photo is different with the one in disdukcapil. The verification camera is mirrored and I can't change it, there isn't any option to do so, ofc my mark is in different place with the disdukcapil photo...

Always failed when doing live E-KTP and selfie verification. Tried 10 times, all clear pictures taken. Failed message said "Data KTP tidak sesuai Dukcapil. Perbaiki di kelurahan". My E-KTP has no expiry and I've used this verification method many times with other apps.

I've pass the verification for ID card and face verification but when i need to input the OTP code, i dunno why but this apk didn't work. It doesn't sent me the OTP code. I've tried it for more than 25 times. But i still got nothing. I didn't received a message about the OTP code. Well, what should i do for it?

Better do aome improvement on the live chat and the other complain page, i just paid for re registeration license number but the status was never changed, i try to contact via live chat and email they doesn't response

Useless apps. I want to pay for My mom's tax, she is an old woman and not very IT literate. In old time I can use my mom's ID and use mine because we have the same address. Now with Covid IT and online should make things easier but unfortunately it is not True with this apps. Now you have made me want to use 'Calo' services, which is I'm sure not the origibal intention for the creation of this apps.

Already paid through Mandiri however payment status has not changed until expired. No staff was available through live chat. Hopefully someone answers through email.
