PayPal payment doesn't work anymore, Amazon Pay just says "not implemented" when you select it. Maybe remove those from the app if you don't actually allow them? After I eventually ordered with a card number, I got a popup ad for some cashback scam. I just have you money for your product, why are you now throwing scam ads at me? I may have to rethink my preference for Papa John's and just start getting better pizza from local Italian places every time.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. We were offered to have 15 pounds free off our next order and they sent our data to a scamming company that takes 15 pounds from our account every month. This app is NOT SAFE KEEP YOUR CARD DETAILS SAFE

Didn't have my cards on me and can't pay - tried PayPal, Amazon pay. Couldn't use Google wallet either. How can you let payment not work, it's literally a fully committed customer.

Rarely work right, does not add things I choose like xxl and stuffed crust. Paypal rarely works this app fails to authenticate with PayPal. Junk to be honest.. papa johns find a new company to run your app thiese guys are trash.

Useless! The app used to work flawlessly. Since the last update, though, it's become unusable. You can't change the size of the pizzas you're trying to order, and don't even attempt to make a half-and-half! Use the website instead.

Still very broken despite the recent update. Trying to pay with PayPal fails every time. The app won't pull card details from Google Pay. I've never encountered an app that makes it so difficult for you to pay them. As an added bonus, it now won't let you order dips - at checkout it just says 'the product dips doesn't qualify for free dips' and removes them from your basket. I've given 2 stars because in the end I did manage to order and pay for two pizzas, so it just about functions.

Always ordered on website. Now website was broken with error and they instructed to install app. App is freezing and when is coming to pay I cannot use PayPal - which I was always using on website.

Very buggy app, allows you to use vouchers for money off (£10) but when it comes to pay it gives you an error message and you are unable to place the order.
