Their is no zero rating so I have given 1 star. pepper fry customer support team will close the chat automatically without providing any reason or update.

Pepperfry seems to forget the basics of business. If I pay for something, I need to receive the product. They are not equipped to deliver the product. When I ask to cancel the order, they ask me to wait for 7 to 10 business days. Massively messed up logic.

Excellent customer service even though I was only enquiring after two ex-display/clearance dining chairs. I was sent photos of any blemishes before ordering, which I accepted. Horrible experience with pepperfry after sale service. We have ordered a mattress which was delivered after a month and it was delivered of wrong size. And when we have requested them to replace the mattress they have denied it and it took them 02 months for this resolution. Very poor service. The resolution team never call back for the update in progress and close the complaint without and any resolution saying that the customer didn't picked up the phone. It's pathetic.

One of the fraud company in the market, you guys will find just double price of every product and then they offers multiple discount coupons and once you purchase anything from this fraud company they will never ever give you any replacement or return of any Faulty product by saying that this doesn't come under our return policies....
