With the newest update the app is freezing when I open it. Gets stuck on the green UKG screen. I found out it only does this when there is no WiFi.

100% better since its been updated. *Update* I'm having a problem with my ukg opening at work. I have to be on wifi for the app to work. I have a full 5G signal and the app still doesn't respond. Can you please fix this issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, but I had the same issue on my Samsung S23 Ultra .

Can't use app at all! Unless I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi! I need to clock in and our in the field and can't do that. This version of UKG sucks!

This app NEVER works it just stays on the green UKG screen or acts like it's going to load and never shows the login screen. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.

This app works like 30% of the time when you open it. I don't really understand what prompts it to load and not. I keep deleting the cache and yet even then, it won't work sometimes. Most of the time it just stays on the load screen with the UKG icon and green background, as if it's frozen.

Only works with WiFi, not on mobile data during launch. It doesn't even send or receive mobile data during launch.

The app used to work fine in the beginning (2yrs ago), but now it only works when it wants to. I need it for my job of course and it's terribly inconvenient for it not to go past the green screen. Please update your app!

This app is a waste of time. You'd think an app used by several high profile companies would actually work, but no. You can boot it up and be stuck on the main logo screen for 30+min before it works,and that's if it works. If you don't log in after a certain amount of time it just boots you off completely and locks your account.

No matter what I do it glitches to load. Sometimes up to 20 minutes of fussing with it. I've reinstalled and it still won't load properly. It's NOT user friendly. I always have to contact my supervisor yo manually fix my clocked hours. I wish we didn't have to use it.
