This app need a function to turn off promotional notifications. It is annoying and pointless to keep receiving non related notifications. Furthermore, I do not want to share my suggestions by emailing you or contacting you. Waste of time and you should just take my feedbacks or suggestions from here.

App trick me into paying double. Paid by credit card; first transaction successful until OTP but pop up message that top up failed, refreshed app within the minute no changes. Then transacted second time success, but both transactions charged to card and then both credit value entered into account. Unnecessarily take my money, give me back my money. Sent email on 21/10/2020, no response until now (27/07/2021).

Failure! sistem asked us to upgrade to 2.0. but it didn't actually upgrade, it installed another apps. After doing all that, the apps doesn't work anymore. I wanted to pay my summon but failed bcoz the scanner couldn't scan the barcode.

The notification is late by 8hrs. Is your server clock correct? Or it is set to GMT? Edit: Now it's even worse. Notification late by 10 to 12 hours. I have reinstalled, logout & login. Don't ask me to turn off battery optimization. Other apps can work without that, why not yours.

Since Smart Selangor app stops including Wilayah, this is the app (same developer) for parking in Wilayah, Selangor, Terengganu and Kelantan. Use the same user name and password as SmartSelangor and all your credit and vehicles details will be there. Seamless! As for GPS location; sometimes you need to press the municipal logo a few times to get the correct location. Either than that, it's a pretty useful parking app.

1. During installation, I am unable to enter the slashes for the birth date. I had to push the back button for months all the way back to 1961! 2. Since this is an app used in Malaysia, the date format should be dd/mm/yyyy and not mm/dd/yyyy. 3. When using FPX to top up, the password box cannot be seen as it was hidden by the input keyboard and couldn't be scrolled up.

Love to use this app, can use the same app and paid parking everywhere. The customer service and technical team also give excellent support. whenever I face issue they will contact me in very short period of time to settle for me. Prod Server for dbkl parking is down and no Rep or backup takeup the transactions. Cannot pay for parking. Error message pointing to client side issue, but other apps do not have connection issue. This points to this app's problem. Also, careful when use with smart selangor app since it shares instance.

Easy to use and no hassle, except that it doesn't include MPSJ and require users to download a separate app. Is it possible for MPSJ to be included in the near future? It would be more convenient for users to only have to have 1 parking app for the whole klang valley.
