overall a very good app. not sure if this is just the way our daycare does it, or the way the app is designed, but it would be much better if i could see the nap and meal information before the report was finalized

It is not intuitive at all. Always has problems and they always say engineer is working on it. When center emails a photo, I never receive it. This has been common issue for all moms.

It's not the best when it comes to playing videos or downloading videos's.It's very frustrating, because you can not view the content properly. Messages are fine, but it needs a lot of work when it comes to media. I would not recommend it all.

Great resource! Wish I could select multiple photos to upload to a collage, though. Seems I have to click 'add another photo' for each picture in a collage. It can be a bit tedious.

Great product. A little over priced and you need to pay for 6month or 1 year at a time but user friendly. I wish you could post more photos to a single learning storey. Love the contactless sign in. No option for contactless sign out though.

Not a fan of the new update. I now get the daily food and nap information only on the nightly report. It does not come through during the day like the activities and moods do. Please change it back to show all entry's by the daycare throught the day.

I downloaded this app to see if it was going to be the right fit for my inhome daycare. After downloading a few others I had found the right fit for my business. The app itself was fine but why I rate so low is because of the harassing, consistant phone calls I have revieved from HiMama. I literally just had 3 in a row over 2 minutes time. Ridiculous. I had the app for less than 24 hours and have received 8 calls already!
