My mother put 200 into my acc as well as my sister's account, nothing came through even though it says that the money is taken from the bank account. Tried calling the contant number on the card, just comes up with an automatic message that tells you about the company then hangs up. Services are terrible with feedback, currently trying to retrive the money back but is going to take 2 months in order to get the money back, and who knows if they will give it back. Worked for a while though

Great App! The only thing I think needs tweaking is the chore section. I would love to be able to add daily jobs that I can mark off multiple times. We have payment set to fortnightly so I have to add a job 14 times to be able to mark it off daily.

Never let's me login. Always loops back to login screen after pin is put in. Then try forgot pin and it sends Me a code that says it's not valid. Why is it so hard to make the app work.

The version 2.0.847 update for the kids login has removed the basic functionality of the app. Kids can no longer even see their job list, let alone mark off tasks as completed and thereby earn their pocket money. The vague notice that "changes are coming soon!" has been up for weeks, which is eons to a child's span of attention. This is also a very concerning lack of transparency for a money-handling app. The update was not ready and it should not have been released. The app is unusable.

Update 28/10/21: Jobs have been working really well. Jobs don't work on the kids app. This was the main function that we used. It's been a couple of months now and as my kids is a visual learner it's out of sight out of mind and I've had to start nagging again.

VERY slow to get money into parent wallet, i have been waiting days for something that should be overnight. would rather a token exchange chore list, so they can trade 25 tokens for $10 cash. much like the garmin fit jr app. still on the trial, interbank bsb transfers are not this slow!! According to my bank activity, u received payment yesterday, and i still cannot top up my kids card. This might be cool, cash is a lot faster. I was wondering how u made money, big pool of interest i guess.

I feel this is a scam as this is the second time in a year I have tryed it and the only reason I tryed to sign again was because of the 30 day free trial. How ever, I can not put money in my wallet as a parent. I also set up a transfer from my bank into the kids accounts but it will not except either. I have once again never recived the cards for my kids. The free trial doesn't work and at this point I would advise other don't waist your time as this spriggy is a scam with no support

A great service, allows you to provide funds for your kids and get notified when it's spent. The only negative I have is the inexplicable inability to transfer funds that are not a multiple of 10 cents (e.g. when reimbursing a purchase).

It's a good app and I've been using it a while, but you should of only updated the app when you've finished everything because my daughter couldn't log into her account because of the kids menu then she got in and she can't tick jobs. Please fix this immediately.
