This app has been nothing but a nightmare. With the recent update, my order completely disappeared and I was charged a return fee. I was in contact with my runner who was trying to deliver to me but the app cancelled the order. This is not the first time my order was cancelled but I wasn't charged a return fee before. There are several times one runner will accept you order but then drop it. It took over an HOUR for this latest run that was then canceled and I was charged. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

i'm a huge pushover and i've still had to contact support three times in the last month over issues. i give it a C- edit: i take it all back this app is a nightmare for the love of god there's nothing that's worth paying 30% extra and waiting 90 minutes to receive. Big fat F.

Works great!!! I love Favor! It's much better than Uber eats. Unlike UE, prices are NOT inflated to give the appearance of giving you a (x)% discount and cram a membership down your throat at every chance.

It's frustrating because it's not letting me go through with the order. It says, "Review order" I tap the button. Then it asks, "Is this order containing age restricted items" I tap yes and then it goes right back to, "Review order" I'm so annoyed and bummed out.
