Very poor customer services. Placed an order on the 2nd June, 2023. It's now 25th June, I have never received the order, been following up they just tell you they're on it but it's a lie. It's worse that they don't even have an established refund system.

I do hereby wonder why the delivery van delays and this causes worries. Customers are leaving and some are saying that COPIA is not reliable. There was an offer last week whereby a customer was awarded a deduction of 100/- out of a payment of 593/- and was to pay 493/- upon delivery. No delivery and new order was done. Now customer is to pay 593/- not as before of 493/- and is demanding a refund already deposited to us. KINDLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT DELIVERY. At times they come as late as 9.00 p.m.

Worst shopping experience ever. Bought stuff to use for my guests but I was so disappointed. On calling am told the stuff were taken to a wrong agent. I had to sort myself and walk to the market and get other things to use. Copia is not reliable at all.
