I only need to make one video and tried this app because it shows not watermark the completed video. it is easy but you are not able to make editing decisions in "free" mode. You upload the video, choose the filter and music, then send it for processing. The video comes back edited, but not where you may have made cuts.

The app shortens and changes things when you least expect it. I tried to upload a video I had created to make it seem more professional, and the app skipped around the video in random orders. The app also had consistent glitching, despite my strong internet connection. The app also continued to run after I had closed it, causing my battery to drain faster than normal. Please fix these issues.

I love this app but it's full of glitches atm. I pay for the premium which is 70 odd pounds a month and thus expect it to work. When I watch a video or open a photo preview, when I go back it goes back to the top of all my photos rather than to where I was selecting which is really frustrating. It also no longer opens up the phones gallery and instead brings up a limited selection of stuff and so I've had to go through WhatsApp folders etc to get to latest photos which would be at the top.

I consider this app a trap. I subscribed by accident and couldn't even cancel in-app. They have a tutorial on their website saying "go Settings, subscription and then end it" but the ending function asks why you chose to end it, then goes all sob-story mode "but you'll lose this and that feature! you sure u wanna cancel?" click "yes, show me how!" - Pop up and it gives you the exact same instructions you already followed and sends you back to the settings menu. Had to cancel it via PlayStore.

Don't bother with this app, I thought I would have the freedom to edit the slideshow how I wanted but the Artificial Intelligence does it all for you. What the heck!!? I don't want an AI system to do it for me I can do it myself. Uninstalling

I quite love the app for single edits. I usually make several edit - export them and then use the several edits to make a final edit... I think majisto is a great tool. I only gave 4 stars because I believe that everything can continue to improve. I would love to see new templates. Specifically new templates with less childish overlays (there are enough of those. For instance I love memories and 8mm, but usually just use "No Filter" and add effects later with other editors.

Third time I have tried to create a video only to be told there is a processing error. around 5 hours of my life I'll never get back going through and choosing photos and videos, on top of that you have to end up editing the video still anyway although the AI does help somewhat. But since it doesn't work its a useless waste of time. Contacted magisto as this happened multiple times through my free trial and that then ended.. Haven't heard back

After using the app for a year on Premium, I think I'm on the verge on unsubscribing and deleting it for good. It's my 3rd time having issues -not being able to download videos. Not to mention the previous two times of not being able to even run the app and other glitches. I have to give kudos to the customer service team for being efficient and helping out when these happen but it's get sickening after a while of running into issue again and again.

I used to absolutely love this app but the new update canceled out so many of the key quality functions that made magisto magic. I must say the new platform is very basic and generic and as a real estate professional, none of the templates I used are available, I can't control the level of effects the picture layouts don't fit so I'm very limited to what actually shows in the video... and so on and so forth. This is very upsetting because was a frequent user, i payed for multiple subscriptions.
