Never book holiday through MMT. They will charge the whole cancellation amount which in our case was 1 lakh for changing even a single hotel. The sales person made all kinds of promises when selling us the Greece package and later when we wanted to make change in our iteniary said it's not possible and any change will lead to cancellation charges. Please use a local travel agent. All my issues raised on their app are not responded yet.

Recently installed the app and tried to use the referral but app is not accepting referral,even it is not giving any error message . I tried multiple ways but no luck ,even app didn't providing any support until we register in app.I don't know whether your engineers checking this kind of issue. The customer support of this agent is absolutely a nightmare...God help you, if you have booked a ticket and something goes wrong...my trips section is simply not visible...The app doesn't work properly for tickets booked without a surname...the agents just make promises without any action...pathetic app and pathetic customer support...Better off to book directly with hotels or airlines.

don't book Tickets through this application, i have booked using trip guarantee but got disappointment. they did not provide the seats instead of this provided single seat for 2 person. but they have charged 400 rupees extra. I tried to reach customer care but no right response. they are routing this issue to IRCTC. if you are blame irctc then why are you using trip guarantee option. how many people have exp like this.... very very bad experience . now I'm going to uninstall this fake app.

Such a fraud company it is. They are showing the refunded amount has been credited to my account wallet but there was not a single penny was there in my wallet and when I tried to raise ticket it shows page is not working. How can you expect your customer to trust your organisation and product if this is your response towards your customers. Really disappointed.

They have lost their charm, they have just become brokers to hotel rather than being customer friendly. Worst service ever, it's better to find the hotel in other platforms who are still customer centric rather than being broker.

poor customer service, I booked a bus ticket on 28 of March and bus operator informed me 4 hours before journey that bus will not come to my pickup location, even though location is available in mmt application, so bus operator said he will cancel the booking from his end and I will get full refund as the cancelation was from his end, I have raised requests for the same in mmt application, it's been 4 days and so far no updates and refund. I couldn't even able to connect with customer support.

What is wrong with this mmt. I booked a ticket last month, I got the money debited from my account but booking failed. I raised the refund request but didn't get my money back it's been month and a day now. I don't know what is the problem with the assistance there. Serve well mmt! Very saddened and pitiful gesture from you :(

Most useless customer support. No way to connect to an agent for issue through there IVR. It always connects you to wrong department. They make False promises of agent connect under 30 second when there is not even a way to connect to agent in IVR
