Tried to verify ID with driving licence. Repeated failures - app, rather than user error - led to lockout from the app. Photo was not in good enough resolution at the distance they set the camera to take the shot I suspect - no manual adjustments allowed (zoom etc) to phone. Either way I'm now stuck, away from home, trying to get through somehow by phone with very sporadic reception. Another quality government product...

App didn't work with disabled analytics. It also couldn't verify my ID. It'll get better in time I'm sure. It took longer to try this unsuccessfully than to use the document verification method. Good luck!
