I spent ages creating a calendar & lost it all when I added I to the basket. Had to create the whole thing again. Luckily it had saved my photos to a folder so I didn't have to upload them all again. I also only used the app over the website as you could get 10% off, applied the offer to my order but it didn't take any money off my total at all. I didn't like that you couldn't select & upload multiple photos at once.

Do not use the app, use the website instead. A number of issues with the photos, which I would forgive as I liked the usability of the app, but ultimately the app froze on the uploading of photos and I couldn't complete the book. It was trying to upload more photos then were in the book!! Complete waste of time. There are so many reviews like mine (I'm sorry I didn't read them before I started), that I'm surprised the app is still available to use, with this issue.

Beyond awful. The most frustrating, buggy, non user friendly piece of garbage I've interacted with in a long time. Photos don't upload properly. When they do the app will insert different photos to the one you selected. Editing text is a nightmare that requires you to re-place the cursor after every character. The creator will generate "Issues" relating to photos that have been removed, requiring the entire project to be abandoned and recreated. Even uploading the photos at the end is broken.

The experience of adding photos to an Album is very good. But that's where it ends. I cannot find Credits that I have paid for. I cannot start a Creation on my phone, and continue it on my tablet. The web version seems to have disappeared. Customer Service is at best painfully slow, and I have no resolution yet, so cannot comment on it effectiveness.

Do not waste your time with this app. I went to all the trouble of creating a photo calendar and when I try to purchase it it hangs when uploading the photos. Customer service is terrible, I have sent several emails and in-app messages and got no response. Yet I keep getting emails from them reminding me to complete my calendar purchase! So frustrating!

I spent hours creating a calendar only for it to not upload properly. I can't even see my calendar on the desktop version so it's a waste of time. Especially as the offer will expire today. It just freezes on 98% when you click to buy. The live chat basically told me to check my wifi, and then turn my phone off and back on again - which could lose my work. Also said I might be uploading too many photos - a photo app that can't handle 43 photos for a calendar? The live chat also suggest just remake it on the desktop version (as the app and the desktop aren't linked at the moment!). How do I know it won't happen again? I can't risk another two hours creating something that I was really happy with? Atrocious.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I created a photo book on the app, which took ages. But when I went to buy it it wouldn't upload it. I tried it numerous times over the course of a weekend. I phoned customer services who basically said, 'we're still developing the app. It can be temperamental at times.' I logged out of the app and back in as a last resort but that lost my photo book altogether! Hours of work down the drain! The website is better I think but personally I've given up with photobox.

with experience you need excellent Wi-Fi possibly even fibre for this app to work... frustrating I have neither and it can take days of retrying... or a drive out the village !!! both are equally frustrating!! but when it does work, it has the best features and tools to personalise compared to others. which is why I have persevered and returned to using photobox, quality is far better.

Awful experience. I Uploaded my photos and made my creation via the app. Once complete, I selected to 'Buy' and upload photos page appears. I get a notification that the photos are uploaded and that I can now purchase the book but the upload has stopped at 97% and I cannot progress to complete the book. I've tried restarting the app, didn't work. I cleared app cache and storage and now the creation is gone, even tho I was logged in?! And I also cannot access the creation through the web.
