Worst app experience ever. Installed, opened, redirects to sign in page, then opens and closes browser many times and then crashes. Also, videotron tech support worse than useless, ended chat mid chat. This close to cancelling internet service.

Doesn't stay logged in. Doesn't recognize my router. Doesn't tell me how much I owe this month. This is just a way to serve ads for other Vidéotron services. LET ME SEE WHAT I OWE YOU. everything gives me a 404 or directs me to this terrible app that has no useful function. I just want to see my invoice. Do you actually want money?

My experience is more related to the stability of the helix internet platform. Just terrible. Constantly losing connection and often can only access half the speed i'm paying for.

This app just decides to stop working randomly. I haven't been able to sign in for days now, and it is not the first time this happens. Parental control same thing, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I changed to Videotron precisely for these features, and half the time they don't work.

App is broken - URL feedback loop: All the app does is loop between one URL and the Videotron login URL. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to finish its thing before crashing. I haven't got past this part. Using an S20+ (up-to-date) and my default web browser is Firefox if that helps.

It has never worked. Contacted support without any success. I cannot set up sinple port forwarding because it is limited to this app, and the app puts me in an infinite login loop when I try to sign in using an account which I've checked with support that is accepted.

Workaround to get the app working if it keeps crashing on you when trying to log in: go on an internet browser on your phone, log in to the videotron helix internet website from there. Once you're logged in on browser, you can simply hop onto the Helix Fi app and it should load up just fine.
