    App is a bait and switch. Any useful features are pay walled and description is deceptive. Just google a workout plan and eat clean food, or use one of the many apps that aren't a deceptive bait and switch like this app. The app "Fitnotes" and a customised chatgpt created workout plan based on your goals, lifestyle and height/weight/age will save you over 60usd a year.

    Was highly recommend but I dont see what the fuss is about. It tracks basic lifts, you can do this in the notes app. I don't see enough to make it worth getting a subscription.
