The app became so disappointing lately, I have been using the app for years, and now it is always crashing, having errors, and now the visa option is not there anymore I have to pay in cash and while choosing cash it is also dimmed like been banned or something, I can't do any orders. All my cart is now out of stock while waiting for the app to work properly. I'm thinking I will have to start looking for alternative apps. I'm really so disappointed. It is so sad that you are losing your quality

Overpriced—they add 20% to the original price. I'd rather spend 15 minutes going to the nearest supermarket than pay 20% more for the same product and an additional 10% for delivery. I would save around 30% on every product using that application.

I like your service package alot, Fast delivery good delivery associates, message right before the arrival to get ready. the one thing I don't like is that most of your items are out of stock. also the out-of-stock items still appear in the search results, which is confusing when I pick my order.

Worst App experience ever. They go from bad to worse. They are virtually unusable and unreliable now with many, many other better alternatives on the app store/market. You can't even guarantee that you'll get your order anymore, and they are just all about getting your money. After which, expect to find zero customer service care or agents to talk to. Basically, the operator or owner just seems to have lost interest since the cash cow is cashing.
