La App no funciona, contraté el servicio, me piden confirmar y no puedo, el bot de WhatsApp un desastre, contactas por Facebook y otro bot estúpido, por teléfono y una hora para encontrar la opción, otra hora para que te atienda un nabo que te pone en espera y nunca más vuelve a la llamada, onda, macho, soy un cliente nuevo que están perdiendo, no solo la atención a clientes si no que hasta en ventas son patéticos. Agreguen a la app la posibilidad de hacer reclamos y gestionarlos. El boot de Whatsapp no me habilita ninguna opción para dejar una queja. Hace días que se entre corta la señal durante todo el día. Al principio me la banque pero así todos los días.
