I have a similar problem : the app only works on my phone, when the real desire is for my folks to use it on Tablet at home. Keeps saying I've reached the limit of 5 devices. The app has been reset and deleted severally without any change. I've engaged Airtel Care on Twitter without result. My last attempt was a visit to Airtel office nearly 2 weeks ago. the promise to call me has not been met. Perhaps the revenue from this is inconsequential to resolve such customer complaint. I imagine this being a 5 star if this is resolved.

It was disappointing that the Tv only works using airtel data yet I use WiFi for all my data. Yet such information is not revealed to the customer from the start. You guys are not open to your customers. I have actually uninstalled the app! And i can't recommend it for another person who uses WiFi. WiFi serves very many people compared to Airtel data.

I just wasted my data. I Downloaded, registered, then i was asked to upgrade (mandatory) before i can access anything on the app. I've been trying to upgrade for days now. Is it because of the free data you gave. Or you guys want it to expire before i can access the app. Audio free data. I've uninstalled and now i can't download the app again.

I think the app is good for a start but the 3gb free data is miss leading. I got the 3gb data upon downloading the app and I have watched 3 movies now on the app. But I am surprised on the 3rd movie that the TV app stopped for no data, shocking was that my main data balance was 0mb while the TV data balance is still 2850mb, wow the TV app had been on my main data all the while as one can't watch 3 movies on 200mb. Well called Airtel and they said they are working on it but they had done nothing.

Needs development. Also a way of exploiting people via data bundle.. Free data will be given for the airtel tv app for you to use for a while but when you use this app, the bundle is slightly used while your main bundle is tapped into... So you'll have no choice but to buy a new bundle. I don't know if this is deliberate but this has to be fixed. The movies and shows aren't it also.

I rented a movie on the app yesterday and the movie expires in 58 hours and not been able to watch it. It keeps saying error 102. Please fix it. I made this complain since 14th and no one has attended to me. You were quick to take airtime for the rent but now i can not access the movie and it is just 28hrs left. Airtel TV app please fix this bug or refund my airtime! Thank you
