The problem is the app says I can pay through Amazon pay but there's no option to pay through amazon pay while making the payment, only debit/credit or transfer to bank.

This is an excellent app, by using this app I am able to book Video consultation, in-person appointment. Now I have no need to worry about my reports. All are available in this app. I can easily track and analyse my reports in trends.

The setting of the reports is not correct, the setting should be according to the date, but one report is in January, the second in October, then in March, and then in July. Whereas this should be according to the month and year so that it is easy to see, so please correct this problem ASAP.

Horrible app, I have 3 mobile numbers, tried with all of them, every time saying user already exists/invalid user credentials, will never recommend to use this bogus app, not even eligible to get a single star, should have been zero in True sense

Bad experience. Their is difference between cancelling a payment and cancelling an appointment. I had selected pay at hospital option, by mistake I clicked on pay now, and when I cancelled the payment, the whole booking was cancelled.

Asks to verify email, then says already exists but doesn't let me login or proceed. Then I tried forgot pswd, then says user doesn't exist.. stupid login system unless u have a Max ID at hand.. all n all I wasn't able to book an appointment and the app turned out to be useless

Cannot change Patient name though option is displayed. Cannot edit email id. Message says report recd. The link does not open. The app says report awaited. Pls improve the workings of your app.
