Not easy to sign up SoldOut shows but still prompt you to seat availability screen!!! Tickets booked same day are not shown in app even they are purchased thru app. Multiple failures paying using Boost, both here at app as well as kiosks in cinema

This new version does not show the cinema, seats, movie info when checkout for payment. It shows all blank and cannot check before make payment. It is not user friendly at all. The new design layout, fonts, colour not suitable at all. The previous version is much more better.

1) recently bought a new phone & number, want to edit phone number, can't. 2) hence sign up another new account w new number, but can't!! New registration up to the stage of selecting Profession & Location, there is no top-down choices for selection, hence can't proceed!! Suggest the team to review a much more convenient flow of process for customers. #1 even changing mobile number, can i access to my acc W/O losing my gsc coins! #2 new registration, appreciate to fix the programming glitch.

Very poorly done app. Which ever company that did this has no clue about UX/UI and performance. Carousel is slow and unresponsive on android. And now confirm and pay is also not responsive. Nothing happens!! What an unprofessionally developed app. No proper testing?? Based on your reply, I see that your organisation does not really care about improving user experience. Digital should drive growth but you came from a good app to one that chases customers away.

Terrible app. Tried to make a purchase but did not go through a few times. Got a message that it couldnt book the seat. Waited for 15 minutes as the seat was already blocked (which was by me previously) and when the seat was available again, the same thing happened. When i did manage to get the seat it couldnt link to the bank page for payment (it got stuck). And then the seat got blocked again

Why this app so lousy? Can't really use this app for buying ticket. Picked the seats then need to log in or sign up info, well, after key in name, phone number, email and password, then stuck me at the date of birth, just highlighted Date of birth cannot be changed after submission, and i can't proceed next. Please improve or please consider to delete this lousy app, not helpful at all.

Downloaded the app. Signed up, proceed to buy tickets. After choosing seats, want to go ahead to pay, but the app sent me to a page asking me to input personal details, for some rewards. Chose my gender, input my birth date, then just unable to input "profession" and "state". Tried a few times also not working. I wanted to skip and just buy the tickets but can't be done. Ruin my perfectly good day, anticipating to go for a movie and have a good time. Tried harder please

Very poor apps. I want to use the apps to purchase ticket. It require to active the member, but it just keep stucked at the profession and location there. No option shown when I clicked into it. And it just stucked there. Please fix it

Please fire the guy who design this latest app layout. It's the worst that I've ever seen. The former layout was so user friendly n intuitive. Please remember you are making an app for your customers to see what shows n showtimes are available for ticket purchase. When the functionality is terrible,your customers will give up on using it.
