ui poorly conceived. missing estimate of package arrival date. link to website should push to carrier tracked package detail page, not carrier home page. needs sorting by entry creation date, ship date, est. delivery date, alphabetical on memo, etc. should have ability to separate list/filter pages, e.g. page showing DELIVERED as separate list. archive, export, import from other apps is missing. by law company forced to share data w/ CCP.

This service is bein complicit with scrammers who make unrealistic sales and offer a tracking number as a guarantee that the sale is genuine, the tracking number updates information daily as if there is indeed a package in its way, however, in the end nothing is delivered and the selling company disappears, all this waiting time is enough time for thieves to scam many people and this company is the key link for so many scams to be completed before these warning messages be published.

The archived records automatically refresh whenever I open one. The tracking information from the older ones are gone forever as a result of the automatic refresh. What's the point of "archiving"?

I'll add to the 1 percent of a person that was let down on 2 items I purchased. It said on the trackr I received them and signed for them??? Was asked to check with my neighbours and family to see did they sign for then. No one signed for anything belonging to me. Ye all know what ye go through. Name address house area number very simple to follow especially when using the delivery code on their vehicle simple. But to say delivered and singed for. That's a shambolic way to miss guid people.
