If you are not using Premium version, they introduced 25 password limit which makes the app pretty useless. After using it for 5 years, it's time to move to another password manager.

Coming from a person who used bitwarden for a long time, dashlane was the perfect replacement. The main drawback using bitwarden was the subpar autofill feature. Dashlane implemented it in a perfect way. Everything else is comparable to bitwarden and sometimes better. Currently on the free tier and will probably upgrade if the situation requires

8.17.23 Not for new users, find something else. Almost impossible to use. I have the family plan that I pay way too much for. We downloaded to my husband's phone and the app won't import passwords. It's hard for me to use and I have used it for years. So for technologically challenged it's impossible. I will be finding a new app before renewal.

I've been using Dashlane as my main password manager for a year or so now and everything was going smoothly until this year. The app itself I think is nicely done with a design and security, as I am using Pixel 5 as my main phone, I don't have a system to lock an app with a fingerprint but Dashlane nicely did me favour of giving this feature as their own thing. Unfortunately lately, I checked that Dashlane deleted my saved secure files in Secure Notes. I hope it'll be addressed and fixed.
