Honestly I was skeptical. I discovered Kiwi through Google flights. I got an astonishingly inexpensive flight, $120 round trip from Philadelphia and was able to visit my brother in Phoenix. I was not used to relying on a third party to handle getting me my boarding pass, but the whole trip was seamless. I'm really excited because suddenly being able to visit family is on my menu. Be careful about this App, you pay for your trips but this App doesn't pay to the Airlines... So, it isn't easy to recover your money and at the worst, you must find more expensive options to fix your itinerary at the last minute...

Very disappointed and ridiculous service from their side, I booked a flight from Trivandrum to Mumbai, but suddenly they changed the flight schedule then I cancelled the ticket and I flew on an anther flight, but they were not ready to give a refund even the mistake happened from their side. Do not recommend the service and thus App, Wasted my time.

Unusefull app. Support is unhelpfull. Will not contact career to rebook the flight. Instead of rebooking of the rescheduled flight they try to sell another trip. Better not to use and rely on them.

i have tried numerous times to get up with reps for kiwi or a supervisor...no one would call me back nor could I get a supervisor on the phone...on Oct 19...I booked a flight to Las Vegas then a return flight back thru Atlanta then to RDU...upon arriving at Raleigh thru the Breeze airline...they checked everyone in & left the whole breeze airline area one hour before departure....we couldn't get up with anyone...nobody would help us it was awful!!! I purchased extra insurance!!

Horrible airlines Horrible travel agent. I couldn't upgrade to business class. Air asia charged me $450 extra for bags. Terrible service. Buy your tickets directly with a good preferred airline. Don't buy from kiwi or air asia. They will rip you off.

Absolute underhanded, unprofessional parasites.. Will keep changing date until you have hardly any holiday or you cancel then lose every penny due to hidden terms, VILE. This review was after speaking to customer support whom were of no help at all, seems they pray on the old, disabled or people with mental health issues, whom get caught up in small print.
