EDIT - it's now June (5 mths since you were working on 'resolving the issue as soon as possible') - spoiler alert! - still not fixed. Website is also unusable, so will be leaving as soon as I can log in! App won't let me log in and keeps saying my username or password are wrong (they're not and they work on the website). Clearing cache and data doesn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling works once them back to 'Oops'. App's poor enough (laggy etc) without not letting me even log in!

It's as if they don't want to make money. App and website are so sluggish it creates endless friction between me and their products which I really enjoy. But it's just not worth the damn hassle. They're marketplaces torment you.

Review related to retail store experience. SoCal. PopUp shop employee Michelle was excellent. The material quality, the fit of both the tops and bottoms are excellent. I believe with the both the discounts and credits there's a lot of value for this quality of a product. Great store experience, but as others have said the App needs to be more fluid, faster, and reliable. I think seeing these clothes in a physical retail location made a huge difference. So far so good!

I hate to be this person but the app is clunky and inefficient. I frequently encounter views that freeze or crash. It also takes awhile (> 5 seconds) to get responses from the server. The UI looks outdated. My wifi specs are above par - I feel like the load time could be improved also.

It's so freaking SLOW. EVER SINCE I SIGNED UP WITH THEM!! IM FLIPPING OVER IT! Also, there or off my size and depending on what type of material it is, the sizing is different. I don't like this App or company I feel like they reel u to just 2get trapped. Prices R crazy. I can use my credit2 buy something an item worth 50-80$/buy something that's cheaper. You pay 50$ 4the credit, but say u buy the cheaper item? There goes your credit. Instead of using the rest of the credit4 something else.

Both app and website are defunctional for months now. The app specifically doesn't open or crashes, making the shopping experience very difficult. Nonetheless, I've been a fabletics customer for many years and their customer service is always very helpful and accommodating.
