Can't order online. App used to work but you can't select the restaurant at all so you can't order online at all. Latest update makes you pick the restaurant before you can even see what's available so now the app is completely useless.

Worst app I've ever used for any fast food!!! No prices unless ordering, No pick up option only delivery, No option to change/upsize order.... deleted the app its a complete waste of time!

Disappointing, doesn't give prices until you enter the order menu, couldn't find coupon/offers menu. Please fix. Will go back to using the website for deals, Much more user friendly.

Could b improved. Can't request request custom pieces, maybe adapt Google pay for faster transactions. Otherwise. Very slow process to order. Probly not the best when I'm hangry. Imagine how difficult it is for the elders damn.

Yet another 1 star for kfc for there absolutely useless app that pretty much only shows pictures of all the food.... As others have said where all the prices? Why doesn't it work as a proper storefront so people can order food? Basic stuff and all going towards a useless app.... Where are theupgrades to fix this? You should know better and listen to customers. I'm sure you're being told.

This app is terrible it's delivery options I just horrible kept telling me couldn't find my address. Very glitchy very gluggy. Only reason I gave it a star is because you have to give it something pity they don't have an angry face It would Got 5 of those frustrating waste of time.
