This App sucks I can never set my password even though it's send to me thru email it never works its garbage! I know I get my points but I want the LED Extras which I don't think I receiving! Very frustrating!

Points don't update unless I fully uninstall and reinstall every time. Password reset is horrible and glitches every time. Not to mention it says I earn 15pts per $1 but based on the transaction history, I'm not even getting the minimum 10 per $1....what's the point of collecting them then?

When signing up for the app on my phone i tried putting my year of birth but when I tap on that area it shows my calendar and i can't select the year i was born in unless i keep scrolling back many years ago i dont have time for that. I should be able to put in my info manually.

I just redeem my 5000 birthday points without applying it against any purchase intending the 5000 birthday points will be added to my existing points of 5236 points. What happenwd was the total 10236 or $10 was decimated to just 236 points. Another sad experience i got with the new LD loyalty program. Can someone review my points history to correct it accordingly? Another suggestion I have is for someone to find out how the casino point system works. In short, my unused points=10,236. Thanks.

Read some reviews rating this London Drugs app as garbage is absolutely correct. Can no longer log in on the app. Only thing it's good for now for viewing the membership number. Tried multiple times to reset the password but that's wasn't the problem. Needs to be addressed otherwise this app is useless.
