You'll be lucky for the food to actually turn up within an hour. Either the app's tracker is broken (as the penultimate stage of 'Quality Check' seems to last 40 mins or so) or the food was never made.

£2.50 delivery fee now makes this a no go, and they don't even pay it to the drivers and still asks you to tip them! 2003 was the first time I got into dominos, 2023 was the last time I bought from them after being a regular customer for decades. Its now just expensive pizzas with fake deals which just ads the "deal" discount back on as a delivery fee, more than an additional 10% of the order. Just like Uber having done the same, we'll not waste time with these companies swimming in profit.

difficult to use. you can't always select the restaurant you want. Edit after reply - changing of the post code, did correctly identify the closest store, but I was not able to select this store to pre order my pizzas. Other stores did allow me to do this, but the store in Hitchin did not. For collection or delivery. (Hitchin SG5 1LL)

First time ordering using the domino's app, forgot some items ,way too much tomato base dripping off the pizza ,very unsatisfied ,once I got to check out price went up and didn't order anything extra orignally it was free delivery & now its £2.50 .unhappy ,Dont recommend Highgate Pizza , Yours truly... Unsatisfied Customer,....
