Failing to track my activity properly. It has full location settings, but on a 2.03 mile test run I've just done, Google fit tracked it correctly but polar only tracked 0.85 miles. Less than half the distance was recorded. Makes it next to useless for training

Android 11 caused the GPS to fail. No longer tracks mileage or speed accurately. Update, a year later still not working. All settings have been checked, a ticket was opened and the tech said they would send a patch when fixed. 1 year later, not accurately tracking location or speed. It's like it falls asleep randomly. I disabled all power save features for the app and it still doesn't work reliably.

works well for me. I wanted an app that would track my pulse. I already had the Polar strap. I was using the Runtastic app. which is excellent but it will not track my pulse work the Polar strap. Starting Jan 1 I will switch to this app full time. **UPDATE 09/03/19**I still like the way this app works but have run into an issue I can't figure out. I only use the app when I am exercising. either on the tread mill or on the street. I can go for 3 miles or so and finish then shut down the app. Next day when I am ready to go again. Instead of starting at zero miles it will usually show several miles at speed like it is tracking the distance I travel in my car. Once it was up to 70+ miles from one day to the next. How can I prevent that?

The need for location services just to obtain a bluetooth connection is ridiculous. I wish the heartrate graph range was adjustable, or zones were adjustable. This app lacks any methods for meaningful user analysis of HR data, real time or later. You can't see your HR graph (plots off screen during activity until it is above at least 100bpm). Looking back at old activities, you can see your HR, but it doesn't tell you the time. It will only tell you the start time and duration into the activity.

I was dumb enough to assume that Flow would communicate with Beat, and that my android would be a more powerful tool than a dedicated Polar device. This is fine if you want to see what you have done in the past, and it is ok for watching your heart rate in real time, but the real failing of the app is that it does not connect to any of the Flow workouts. I want one program that not only shows what I am doing, and what I have done, but will also show me prompts for my planned workouts. Please let me change the ranges of the zones too.

The app itself seems to be a great set up, however, although it recognizes my H10 it does not finishing pairing in order for me to use the sensor for data. After clicking "Pair" the circle just spins endlessly. Yes, I moisten the electrode area on the strap. Yes, the monitor is connected to the strap and sitting correctly on my torso. No, the pairing never completes and does not allow me to use the app to the fullest. I have an account and everything. I am using my Samsung Galaxy S20+.

A fantastic app for keeping track of your heart during a workout or activity, but I feel that it really misses out on the lack of an ECG display when used with H9 or H10 ECG sensors. I would prefer not to have to download a third-party app to get a readout graph of this. Otherwise a great, user-friendly and intuitive app with a reasonable data breakdown after the activity has been stopped.

Android version of app- just rubbish. I have to uninstall and download a new one every few times I use it as it stops working after 1 or 2 workouts. Can't get it to coonect via Bluetooth with my Polar HRM 10, its now demanding that it needs to know my location at all times (not going to happen!) , can't get it to accept 'only while using the app'. Had some issues with my iOS version, but nothing like this. Need to add- my H10 sensor strap works perfectly with other HR readers- bikes, ski-erg etc

Good app just can't make any changes. I train by HR and the zones on this app the zones are rigid and you cannot modify them. The calculation that I use makes my zones different than what Polar thinks they should be. So if I look at all the charts and graphs in any Polar app/webpage they don't match the watch training numbers. Wish I could edit the zones somehow in the app or online. Haven't been able to find a way to do it. Other than that it's a great app!
