Bluetooth and inbuilt navigation to face below problems. 1: The navigation on app and scooter works only if the phone is active. If the phone screen gets locked, the navigation stops on both app and scooter. When I turn on the phone screen again, the app starts working. All permissions are given to the app and tried this with 2 different phones and still the same issue. If this is how the app works. Even trip a & B also not working properly. Continuously Nevigation it's disconnected from Access

Too Many Bugs, just forget about navigation, it simply cannot do its primary role of showing your call and message notifications. It shows connected and when I see my phone once I reach the destination, I see messages and call but it doesn't show the notifications. So what is the use of it. I haven't seen any real positive review. Suzuki is simply looting money for this Bluetooth feature with out providing any service. It's time every one stop going with this version.

Paid extra for this feature on the scooter, but found that is it nearly useless. With slightest variation in mobile internet connectivity, the navigation is lost. If it could run on Google maps, stored map on the mobile could be used for local trips. I have not used this app in months and feel that it is better to buy a mobile holder for the scooter and use Google maps on the mobile, rather than pay extra for a feature that is unrealible. This has not got any updates in months.

Good application, but contains many bugs and glitches as it automatically connects and disconnects randomly in middle of the ride which is not acceptable. And what is the need of North arrow when it can't even change its direction as the point of North arrow is showing the same direction since I started using the app. Please fix this issues as soon as possible and make me give 5 stars soon. 3 stars for good performance in showing calls, messages, automatic texts, time, speed warning, etc.

Purchased Avenis 3 star is only for calls and msgs , navigation system is total failure, the arrow pointing towards the direction should be more precise. Also why every time, even if we stop for a while during a travel, we have to connect to the scooter can't it be auto connected just like the one in car or something like that, must think about it. You must improve a lot on navigation part

This app is done for. Barely has any practical application, the navigation is USELESS! They are still using an outdated map in the world where Google maps is the most used, many locations are not even there on the app. I bought the BT version for the navigation purpose but this has not served any purposed in 10 months. The app and the vehicle automatically disconnect when I receive a call instead of sending an auto-reply. This is straight up disappointing. Please update the map ATLEAST!

If Google map was used instead of mapmyIndia , it's a 5 star. MaymyIndia is very clunky , search function is really bad. After selecting a destination, we can't go to the destination to fine tune the destination as the screen keeps recentering. Lots of places don't show up in mapmyIndia. Roads are not updated as Google maps. I can go on and on. Too many problems with mapmyIndia and it's out of Suzuki's control. Suggest to ditch mapmyIndia and switch over to integrating Google maps.

The connectivity in the scooter via this app is good only for call/messages notification. Navigation is strictly average (uses MapMyIndia). It prefers routes which might be easier for 4 wheelers or larger vehicle to navigate. And it might put you through a route which might take significantly time consuming than an other one. I got redirected twice through routes than 30-50% more time when I was using it initially. Not worth the additional cost.
