I have no problem with them charging for their service, BUT they cannot advertise it as a FREE APP. It is then not a free app, despite the "free trial". I don't trust the free trial teaser, as my card gets charged and then I have to fight for a refund. Won't do it anymore. Not only isn't the app free but it also has ads. Geez, talk about having their cake and eating it too.

Do not install. They take your money for subscription but faxes can not be sent. I'm trying to send something to Centrelink but a error message comes up saying that the fax number is fraudulent. What a scam

The app worked fine I guess but I have yet to receive my confirmation email from the company so who knows. I paid for an additional week of service just in case but eventually canceled . You guys took money from my bank account a day early so a refund would very nice but I won't hold my breath. This is the second app to do this so I'm officially done with app stores , play stores etc. I've never really cared for nosey tech anyways.

Would be 5 stars but I'm always a little annoyed when an app seems free until the final step of a process. This was by far so much more convenient than physically tracking down a fax machine and extremely easy to use but be a little more up front that your "free" app requires a subscription to use.

Easy to use, I think it worked. I just used it to send two separate documents. I scanned my documents to my email, saved them to my One Drive, then attached them from my phone. I haven't yet confirmed with the sender it was received. What I didn't like about this app is that you can't pay per page, you have to buy a lump some of credits which I'll probably never use.

I did not recommend this app since it requires you one option of either you subscribe or subscribe so it is only weekly or monthly or yearly you cannot just send a fax at once if you don't need it you're stuck with the payments. The other thing the images look threshold only outlines no image and it has nothing to do with the settings that they blame on you I'm already a designer who knows how too manipulate a picture they turn it into just black solid lines

Straight rip off, I never used this app and didn't sign up for $500 later and not send a single fax. Don't get this app, it's garbage.

Do not waste your money they say that is free but it is not they say that they're sending your fax they are not. It does have amazing fax quality,but they say free but it cost $9.99 I wasted 30 minutes with pneumonia trying to send and could not afford. And then when I went to talk to your support my fax to social security had already been wiped off
