Good attempt but lacks a lot. A basic functionality to add home & work locations is a must. Often shows wrong turns when on an intersection. Ideally RE should integrate proper Google Maps visibility on the tripper like it's available on WearOS smartwatches. The tripper screen is much bigger and can easily accommodate it.

Am editing my previous review, I had an in issue with the tripper, it used get disconnecting in every minute from smart phone, I have raised a complaint at the time of service, it was not rectified immediately but RE team (app development and technical team) was continuously following up with me with different setting options in the phone, after several test they had concluded it's an issue with the tripper device and they have replaced it, sending the technical person to my office, hats off to RE Team for the support. The navigation is working wonderful now.

Not able to book appointment as earlier. This is my 2nd time when I am not able to book my RE Meteor service through this app. Please fix this issue at earliest.

The navigation system is GOOD. But the battery drainage is alot if I go for a long ride I have make sure to keep my phone charged sufficiently. I had an almost full charge when leaving for a long ride but I found my phone's battery depleted within a few hours. I would suggest to fix the battery usage of the app to be more efficient.

There is a lot of deficiency in the app, after 1 to 2 km of applying trip navigation, the app stops, and trip navigation stops working, and the battery of the mobile phone consumes a lot, and the main reason is that the app why doesn't work? Please solve this problem, because I'm in a trouble, and it's my need because I spend 6 thousand rupees in the installation of trip trip navigation and I can't get anything done with this trip navigation. I'm using meteor 350 , from the last update the map navigation didn't work/not working properly. The devices are connected but the it didn't show the instructions on the navigation device. Now the disconnect issue is resolved with the new update, but no use with this new problem !

Dear Sir, Below is honest opinion after usage of 4 months. 1. When U open App in mobile, some times keep starting up & it takes more than 10 min. Some time it doesn't start only. Due to this not able to sync with tripper. 2. Tripper is lagging 20-30kms. It means it still say turn is 20-30 kms but actually U would have reached the turn already. This lag needs to be sorted. 3. Phone & tripper sync some times fails. Need to disconnect & then again connect to tripper 4. Over all app is slow
