This might be one of the worst apps I've downloaded in the entire time I've owned a cell phone. Every time I attempt to open it, I have forced to download update after update. And once they install, I get more updates. It says it will download in the background but it doesn't. I have to sit and watch the download over and over and over again. To be fair I'm pretty tilted from just losing MMR in BGs every time I attempt to switch over to mobile because I inevitably lose 2-3 turns cuz of this

I would give 0 stars if I could it is never a balanced game. It's always one class that wins then they nerf it and another class is the winner. If you want to play a game where you can't have fun playing what you want and are forced to play a certain deck to win and it is expensive to get the cards you need to make the winning decks. I would not start playing this game if you are new.

sometimes very fun, beautiful and creative artwork on the cards, but lots of issues. Poor performance, and constant balance issues. I recommend battlegrounds if you don't want to spend a lot of money to play the game

Since the early hearthstone days, the game has expanded to many other game modes that are a blast. From the autobattler, battlegrounds, to their roguelike, Mercenary. Even if you're not a fan of the traditional game mode, I would highly recommend checking out the many other modes.

Horrible experience all around. Game runs really badly (much worse than games with more advanced graphics), isn't well optimized for phone screen, some information you literally can't access, and the game itself is full of straight up broken card interactions and braindead decks. Avoid at all cost

Lately whenever I'm disconnected from any game type, usually randomly, I can never reconnect and have to accept the loss. Also I'm Battlegrounds specifically I'm unable to see the full description of the left most option of heroes to use. Screenshots available if needed.

This game has ups and downs. It is a disaster today. Support is non-existent. If you file a ticket, it's a generic response days later. If you reply, it starts over with someone else. For the money and development they have, the game is buggy. There's major balancing issues in classes and modes. You can't get full rewards or benefits without paying. They don't care about paying subs either. Move on to a different game. Played off and on since beta, time to be off again.

For 10 years this was a fun and great game, and honestly still is. Try it, it's fun and addicting. However I advise you enjoy it while it lasts. The removal of duels mode has shown this is no longer a company I thought appreciated it's players. Maybe we weren't the most popular, didn't receive the most updates or support, but man we had fun. So congrats on 10 years any more more, unfortunately you showed you didn't value your player base as I thought.
