I have only began to play this game and have spent over 400 dollars to see where it would get me. If you are not paying, the game play will out grow you very quickly. yes I've made a few mistakes but nothing major. I want to play but there's no way after seeing the cost that can be gathered up here in a hurry with out really gaining a whole lot. Yes I will take a survey no problem because I think the game is fantastic if you didn't have to feed it so much.. Thanks for letting me try!

numerous game modes, smooth strategic gameplay, and so many different ways to play. a bit slow going sometimes in terms of leveling. and needs an update giving more city missions. mines been completed for months. but its an extremely enjoyable game and you cant get bored of it for too long. you can also just log in for daily rewards. just try it.

The game is now in full "cash grab" mode. The prices are way too high and playing it for free won't take you far. After several months playing and trying to evolve in the game, my final opinion is: not worth it.

I'm really enjoying this. It's fairly user friendly and self-explanatory. There seem to be constant little events, which I like and it's not too difficult to upgrade my team. The only difficult part I've found is gathering enough soul stones to summon a new team member.

Wish the ads weren't so repetitive. Also some times after watching a ad for a reward I have to watch multiple times. But other than that the game is very fun and addicting.

Developers are getting more greedy everyday with Over priced micro transactions. You cant even get enough resources to complete daily in game EVENT rewards without spending $120 per day. The game itself is ok but if you don't spend anything or a minimal amount this isn't worth your time. Pure Greed and losing players due to it.

It's a very cool game, the graphics are amazing. It can sometimes seem to progress slowly because you have to build up not only your favorite character but your whole team in order to advance through the many, many areas.

Dropping the rating to a 2. When I first started playing it was fun. But as the years have gone on the game rewards those people willing to spend actual money and puts the players who can not afford to spend real money at a disadvantage. Grinding for gold artifact pieces takes forever. There should be a item transfer system that you can trade in so many purple items for gold items. So many blue for purple. So many green for blue. Etc. I think my time to delete it and move on has come.

Pay to win game, used to be more fun but it would cost you literally 10-20 thousand $ to be a top contender now. In addition they keep adding upgrades that only the wealthy can afford from tons of expensive new skins to having to restart your heroes because they were maxed but now there are runes that cause your characters to be insignificant compared to when they were maxed out already. I guess you could say that they runed (ruined) the game. It's all about $pending power! Bummer
