Basic Rules

In Throw-in Durak: Championship, the gameplay follows the traditional Durak rules but with some added twists to make it even more thrilling. Here's a breakdown of the basic rules:

1. Objective:

 The goal of the game is to avoid being the last player with cards in hand, as the person left holding cards at the end is the Durak (loser).

2. Setup:

 ◆ 2 to 6 players participate.

 ◆ Each player is dealt 6 cards from a deck of 36 cards (from 6 to Ace, in four suits).

 ◆ A trump suit is determined at the start of the game, and cards from this suit are stronger than others.

3. Gameplay:

 ◆Players take turns attacking and defending.

 ◆The attacker plays a card, and the defender must beat it using a higher card from the same suit or a trump card.

 ◆ If the defender cannot beat the card, they must pick it up.

 ◆On the attacker’s turn, they may "throw in" additional cards to challenge the defender, but the defender can only defend up to 6 cards in total.

4. Winning:

 ◆ The last player with cards remaining in their hand loses the game and is called the Durak.

 ◆ Players continue playing rounds until only one player remains without cards in their hand.

How to Play:

1. Objective

The goal is simple yet challenging: avoid being the last player with cards in hand. The last player remaining with cards is the Durak (loser). Sounds easy, right? Think again — it’s all about strategy, timing, and outsmarting your opponents.

2. Deck Setup

● The game uses a 36-card deck (6 to Ace) in four suits.

●At the start of each round, players are dealt 6 cards each.

● A trump suit is randomly chosen, and cards of this suit are stronger than others.

3. Turn Structure

The game proceeds in a series of rounds, with players taking turns attacking and defending. Here's how it works:

 ●  Attacking: The player who is the attacker plays a card from their hand. The attack can be a single card or multiple cards if you want to challenge your opponent more.

 ● Defending: The defender must respond by playing a higher card from the same suit or a trump card to beat the attack. If the defender cannot beat the card, they must pick it up and add it to their hand.

 ● Throw-in Mechanic: In Throw-in Durak, the attacking player can "throw in" additional cards (from their hand) to the same defender as long as those cards are of the same rank as the initial attack. For example, if the attacker plays a 6, they can throw in additional 6s to overwhelm the defender. The defender must then defend all of the incoming cards simultaneously.

4. Key Features of Gameplay

 ● Trump Suit: Always be aware of the trump suit, as it gives you an edge in defending against other suits. A trump card can beat any card from a non-trump suit, even the highest card of another suit.

 ● Throw-in Strategy: Be smart about when you throw in cards. The right moment to add more cards can force your opponent to pick up a pile, leaving them vulnerable.

5. Winning a Round:

 ●The round continues until one player runs out of cards or becomes the Durak by being the last person holding cards.

 ●Players earn points for successfully avoiding the Durak title and for eliminating opponents.

 ●Rounds continue until one player becomes the champion, having earned the most points across multiple rounds.
