I am enjoying the game but it has been 2 days now where island 6 chapter 2 (the winter island) won't let me get into it!! There is a star sign on it even though I haven't finished it!! The task on the main island tells me to go the winter island but when I try, there is a green star on it which means it is finished eventhough it is not!! And so I can only play on the main island but there is nothing to do there!! No tasks!!

The merge board is now empty, my island is covered in clouds again, nothing happens when I click anywhere, I click to go to another island and it takes me back to main board, I cannot do anything. It seems to be one big glitch since the update, literally NOTHING works. I have been playing the game for ages, I got to level 29, I had finished all quests to other islands and I was busy making my island look good until other quests were available, now all my hard work is gone.

I have messaged customer service several times, and I have lost money because the game will only let me go to the home map and the Christmas one. Very annoying as their passes are not cheap. I was really enjoying this game. But customer service has done nothing and has not even reached out.

So I loved playing this game and spent quite a bit of money on it. Update: Over 2 weeks not able to play. Screen is frozen and app support tells me to wait for the next update. 2 months later and still NO UPDATE! UPDATE YOUR GAME! I wouldn't bother playing this. If I could give it no stars I would! Wrote support numerous times with no help but "wait for the update" THAT NEVER COMES! WHAT A RIP OFF!!

What's with the game now? Can't load. It shows the logo when I open then all white screen and stuck right there. Can't see any info about my game like ID or something to contact support. Nothing but just white screen. Not trying uninstalling cos I had no options in game to connect with Facebook or Google Play. I had gone too far in the game and now I'm pissed. You gotta fix it ASAP.

Annoying NPCs always block the path. Quest says that the objective is on an adventure map which is marked as "finished", which is not finished yet. Can't go to any map now.

Love this game, however I've got to island 5 and it's ticked it as finished and I haven't and now I can't get back in. EDIT: Thank you for your quick response. The latest update fixes this issue. However, I paid to remove ads and now they are back since this update.

I got to Fishing Village and keep getting a pop up stating that I'm not connected to the internet. I exited the game and force closed it. That didn't fix the issue. I would really like to keep playing, but can't when the game is saying I'm not connected to the internet

Chapter 3 fishing village. I've completed the island. However, the last 2 chests are missing. So I am unable to move o with the game. I have really been enjoying this game however because there is also no way to back up my progress I can't just uninstall and reinstall.
