Never spend money for an event in this game. They take your money fir a gold statue and it will cause bugs in the game which on a 2 day event they won't get back to you in time to fix it but dealing with there extremely incompetent support staff WILL infuriate you and you will still get no where and won't be compensated. The bugs are freeze your progess in the event encouraging you to spend more on coins or others things to get help.

I liked the snowy atmosphere, graphics and sounds are cozy. It is good to chill and play on a cold winter evenings. However, once you reach level 3 city, the game becomes hard to progress in without paying for stuff with real money. There is not enough content and game starts to feel dull

Enjoy the game when I can get it to load. Constantly gets stuck on loading screen then it kicks out. Have reinstalled & restarted phone on multiple occasions and it still does it. Phone is even hooked to Internet...

Sly pay to play, it pretty much halts resource production unless you buy the hero cards and even then you won't be guaranteed to get the hero you need. You can progress despite this but it slows the game's pace to an absolute crawl

Was a fun game to pass time. Now it's pay to play. I'm currently on city 9, when I first moved they want you to buy the new hero, previous cities never purchased them, waited for the purchase time to pass and within a couple days I'd get the hero from a chest. It's been a week since the time for purchasing the hero has gone, and still no hero. I'll add she's rather important, she's the food source hero, I have 2 tasks left to complete to move on and can't keep survivors alive long enough.

Fun to start with but now so annoying. I like to be able to fully complete a level in a game but with this game it's impossible, to get the best from your factories and mining materials you need hero's to run them, hero's don't come up often so you have to wait meaning slow production, they may turn up, but to level the hero's up takes a long time. First you need enough cards, red gems and stars aswell, which are slow to gather unless you pay money for gems, which I won't

Edit: I have hit a point that I cannot hit the goals unless I buy a character in the game . I agree with what others have said. The higher levels make it near impossible to complete unless you pay to upgrade heroes. They make you starve the people, because you can't make enough food unless you upgrade but oh wait you need to build this building first to upgrade. It has gotten tedious, and boring because of the paywall you hit.

Recently removed UI components that had made accessibility smoother to use. Without these you have to randomly move the screen to see basic information. Often when trying to select a building the game will mistake the touch for panning the screen, making features harder to access.
