Everything costs $. There is really no way around spending money if you honestly want to be competitive. Recent changes have made it a little better, but always room for improvement. For example less major events at one time, better pairing(I think your algorithm got algorithmed). Still play everyday!!!

You have to spend money if you want to be powerful. It's very hard to upgrade. The materials are not available for equipment, gems, heroes, shields, emblems, etc. All the newer options require the previous level to upgrade. You can't get the latest "upgrades" because you couldn't get the previous "upgrades." Most of my friends quit. I play it now to clear my mind.

The game is really nice, but I seem to have encountered a game breaking bug. I clicked on one of the chapter quests, I get a pop up telling me the map of Avalon is not unlocked, and I cannot do anything else. I bought some of the packs as well so this is extremely disappointing. I can also not request in game support because I cannot do anything.

Something is wrong with this previous update. It takes so long to load the game!!! And EVERY SINGLE action performed in the game takes forever to execute. The game is using up all my resources on my phone. After 5 yrs, it's time to hang this game up. Too many updates, too often. This game sucks!

This game is nothing but money hungry, you make it difficult for people to upgrade without buying, and then when we look at the packs they arnt worth the money we fork out, granted there are some nomew things that are out that are free and able to get them , but most you have to pay out of the nose, I will refuse to play a game that makes it impossible to get anywhere cause your money hungry, maybe look after the ones you have and you might find people won't leave, if I could I would give you 0

Biggest problems are unfair balance on the free and pay to play. The data sync problems when loading the game are very bothersome. This last update seems to have made it much worse. I love this game and the friends I have made playing so please fix these bugs.

Getting problems in lower end devices where the game constantly force quits, pretty sure it's down to the amount of Ram in use but there's no way to turn the graphics down anymore

Great fixes and upgrades! The game comes from a great concept, but to me, it is still a spend motivated gaming app. It leaves players unmotivated and less likely to keep playing the game. Although the rewards have gotten better, in order to keep up and compete, you have to spend quite substantially.
