Get ready for a thrilling adventure in Fortnite with the launch of Fortnitemares 2024! This spine-chilling event features the explosive Boom Billy, a rideable chainsaw, the return of Horde Rush, and a treasure trove of rewards including the Jack-o'-Drifter Contrail and the Great Scarecrow Glider. Fortnitemares is live now and runs through the end of Chapter 5, Season 4!

Boom Billy's Tricycle Terror

Keep your eyes peeled for the terrifying Boom Billy! This mini-Billy the Puppet can be thrown to lock onto opponents, racing towards them on a tricycle before detonating. Dodge its explosive path to avoid becoming its next target! You can find Boom Billys scattered around the map or by defeating the real Billy the Puppet at Freaky Fields.

Jigsaw's Challenge Awaits

Step into Jigsaw's game! Hidden across the island are TV monitors showcasing Billy the Puppets. Approach one and prepare for a duel with another player who also accepts the challenge. Both competitors will wear explosive Billy-inspired masks—fail to eliminate your target in time, and it's game over! If successful, you'll earn a Boom Billy, the unvaulted Witch Broom, and other valuable loot.

Chainsaw Madness

It's time to get serious with the Chainsaw! Use it to slice through foes or rev it to propel yourself at breakneck speeds. Chainsaws can be found on the ground or in chests, so grab one and let the chaos unfold!

Classic Weapons Unvaulted

No Fortnitemares would be complete without some classic weapons! The Wood Stake Shotgun, Pumpkin Launcher, and Witch Broom are back, ready to unleash havoc. Acquire these legendary items by defeating Ultima Carver at Brawler's Patch (formerly Brawler's Battleground). The Witch Broom can be found throughout the map, while Shuri's Black Panther Claws have been vaulted to make room for these spooky additions.

Unlock new, eerie items simply by racking up XP during Fortnitemares! Complete XP Quests throughout the event for a range of chilling rewards:

The Cube Monsters have returned in this season's Horde Rush! This limited-time mode (LTM) challenges teams to traverse the map while fending off waves of Cube Monsters. New Mod Benches add strategic depth, especially when facing off against the final boss. Compete for high scores by completing combos and collecting multipliers. Horde Rush will be available until the end of Fortnitemares, so jump in via the Discover menu!

Compete in the Symbiote Cup

Gear up for the Symbiote Cup on October 22! This Battle Royale Duos tournament offers a chance to win the She-Venom and Agony outfits before they hit the shop on October 24. Compete in up to ten matches during your region's three-hour window. Players must enable Two-Factor Authentication and be Account Level 50 or above to participate.

Scoring Breakdown:

- Victory Royale: 65 points

- 2nd Place: 56 points

- 3rd Place: 52 points

- (Points decrease for lower placements)

Each elimination earns you an additional point.

Note: Boom Billys, Pumpkin Launchers, and related fights will not be included in tournament play.
