Worst experience while watching live matches. Whenever casting is done through chrome cast, video does not sync with the audio...raised complaints several timesregarding the same. Though customer care contacted us...it didnt help. We had a good experience with hotstar earlier while watching live matches...This is very bad!!!!

Brightness is not properly working while watching the cricket and also it stops itself then we have to again restart the video. If this happens again I will not use jio simcard. Solve as fast as possible so that i can watch without any disturbances. You have to do quickly because you are consuming so much of data and you giving less quality. If you are a good listener then do this quickly. The new update also not working properly. Waste quality and waste app

They show too many ads even though i have jiocinema premium. The user interface is really bad. There is no "continue watching" panel where i can continue what i was watching. But now everytime, i have to search up the name of the series and watch it. This app needs a lot of improvement from some professionals

After the installation of this app everytime, it quits automatically without opening of its home page itself. This issue is so much procrastinating very much and unprecendently it gets back to normal for few days or months and then again the problem is getting repeated. Please sort this prolonging issue permanently for viewers' sake.

The app home page takes so much time to load by mobile data. Even any content intial start of play is very late in mobile data. While the internet is pretty fast as other apps are loading smoothly by same internate. Extremely frustrated while there are no other option to see favourite content and sports.

Absolutely trash streaming service. Could watch videos on internet explorer using dial up modem in the 90's faster than on jio cinema. The TV show stream stops. Doesn't even buffer. Just stops. Live sports too. Video quality is pathetic. No options for audio and subtitles like prime. Getting random ads at crucial points in the story even after buying premium membership. Like how can you still be showing ads when no other premium membership harasses you like that? Uninstall and unsubscribe EVERY1

At very first it runs so smooth and after 5 to 10 mints it's starts buffering and at last shows you an error number 1 or some times shows you something went wrong along with some technical error code. I was watching match and on it and every time it has the same problem. Would not recommend to anyone to get this worst app. Just uninstalling right away within a mint.

Extremely disappointed, JioCinema. Based on a fantastic array of shows plus the brand name behind it, I dove in completely for a premium subscription. Only to experience 1 week of flawless streaming, followed by lags or hanging across any shows thereafter....and now, nothing but a grid of absolute blanks displaying instead of the main page. Irrespective of restarts with the phone/laptop or app itself

This app is very bad. I have ever seen this type of bad app it before in my life. Very slow performance. Sometimes, my tv got hung under open any contact in this app, and this app takes too much time to boot, and their 4k option is not working in my TV whereas my tv is 65" 4k. I hope jio will improve with the help of a good developer team in this app as soon as possible.
