Don't buy Subscription on this. If you bought then they will scammed you for sure and They blocked my account for unlimited device. They show advertise on google "one subscription UNLIMITED DEVICES" but this is totally fake I used so many devices for try but they blocked my account and didn't give refund too. And I purchased yesterday January 23 2024 and account blocked in January 24 2024 . I'm shocked with surfshark and I hate surfshark

Auto connect feature is very poor. After a couple of hours connected the internet connection drops or loses connection to vpn and shows the real internet provider. Also, I get an error message that another vpn is running. The app flags itself as a different vpn provider and disconnects. Frustrating

The app features an auto renew option, which I had turned off and appeared as turned off in-app. At the end of my subscription, Surfshark attempted to charge me the renewal fee. Their responses to my email about this amounted to "There's no indication of you disabling the auto renew in the system, so you're to blame", even after I sent them a screen shot of the app showing the auto renew turned off. The truth is, their app doesn't work properly. It must be an intentional scam to make more money.

Update: Now my Mac OS can't complete upgrades. I've been using an old version of Surfshark for over a week because of this. Frequently switching off all by itself? This is recent on my Android, but the lastest update didn't stop it. So that's a significant problem.

GO ANOTHER ROUTE! I am extremely disappointed in their performance. For a product that is supposed to promote safety and privacy, they do a terrible job of it. First, the intermittent connectivity is definitely an issue, but reliability is the main problem. The kill switch either just doesn't work or randomly just turns itself off. I have received multiple copy rights warnings, and if I'm getting those, what does that mean about my personal info being compromised? I WILL NOT BE RENEWING!

Vpn stopped working on my laptop, contacted customer support, and they couldn't help me, I paid for 3 years in advance and I use it for over a year, so still time left but they will not give at least some money back because it's beyond the 30 days period...unbelievable! I'm not asking for a full refund, but this guys really don't care about their customers. They don't guarantee you that the vpn is going to work so if you get this one and it doesn't work your screwed

Slow, blocked content, nable to download mails, even connected to my own region/country, I was unable to open news apps for my country. Have to disconnect before I could open them. Ps: not just on my phone but the same experience on my Windows 11 pc. Was in contact with tech support a couple of times but did not make much of a difference at the end. Will endure until the end of my subscription and then change to another VPN service.

If you are looking for a VPN to block ads, look elsewhere. This VPN doesn't block any ads. Not even full-page video ads. This makes me very worried about its claim that the function of "CleanWeb" is capable of blocking ads, trackers and malware.
