The effects, coloring, velocity, and shakes are really good, but the ads after literally every action is unbearble. When I try to save a video, I have to go through 4 ads to finally save it, and when I'm done with that, I get another ad! I can't even open a project without getting an ad. The only way out of this annoying cycle is to pay $2.99 a month, which would be the best option. I'll stick with Capcut, and only use this app for finishing touches.

I love using this more than vinkle. But there is a minor problem. If you use certain transitions and effects, it caused the editor to be laggy once you play that part or come accross the part with that certain transition/effect. That then causes it to become desyncronized in the editor but no when you're finished editing. I also don't like the fact that there's a pro feature for which you have to pay for either weekly or monthly. Other than that, it's still a pretty good app

Used to absolutely love this app... unfortunately it took a turn for the worse, as it favors users who use apple devices. It's terribly laggy to the point where if you add too many effects, it'll freeze and crash anytime you try to edit your project. When you use velocities on/or a video, it'll export with it freezing frames and ruining everything. Please fix all of these bugs! Will have to uninstall now.

It's really good! Edits are amazing, and there are chats where i can talk to my friends and discuss edits. However, when i go to edit a video, it can randomly lag and mess up the whole thing. Also, there needs to be something done about the haters, hackers, and inappropriate users. So, please look into that, otherwise, keep it up! Looking forward to using Funimate for years!!

Haven't installed the app yet. Talking a super long time to download. From what I'm hearing this app is good and bad. From reading some reviews I heard that there is a lot of cool transitions but they are all in pro. I find this very unfair because it's not very fun to see other people making super cool edits and stuff and other people getting garbage transitions because they didn't have any money. Please fix this I'll edit my review when the app is downloaded but please fix this problem!

Funimate is a great app it's easy to learn and you can make cool edits even without pro, but, a lot of the free effects and transitions aren't the best and I just can't be paying €7 every month for an editing app. It's happened to me a few times where I'm about to save my video and it says I'm using pro effects when I'm not, this is very annoying as I have to clear ALL of my effects. I wish there were a few more transitions that were free.

I love this app but it freezes way too much. Almost every time I add a clip or an image, or a transition or effect etc it crashes. This means I have to constantly save and download my edits everytime I make one minor adjustment in order not to lose my work. UPDATE: I've been using this app for years and despite the glitches I've really loved it. This year the app has basically stopped functioning altogether. It turns my video clips into images when I save? It just does not work anymore.

I hate this app. I tried making an edit 10 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME it all randomly deleted. Also, you can't edit sound or place it in a certain way. Also, I would trim clips and a totally different part of the vid would be put in the video. Also, it glitches so much. I am fed up bc I put so much work into my edits and fancams and then they all delete. That's hours of my time.

I've been using this app for a while to edit for Instagram and used to have a lot of issues with it, but since the latest update I've had a much easier time! The new features and effects are a lot more fun to work with too! All I would say is it may be frustrating for people who can't afford a monthly bill just to get more transitions and effects and such. But other than that, a super fun experience!
