Приложение классное. У меня есть предложения: хорошо бы в меню с записями высвечивать не негативные мысли , а альтернативные ответы и выводы. Хоть читать будет полезно, а не неприятно и пугающе. Плюс мне очень не хватает пункта "за и против" негативной мысли. Я не понимаю на основе чего мое мнение должно измениться вдруг и я должна смочь сразу написать альтернативный ответ. Только лишь, что я выбрала какие могут быть искажения.((

By far one of the best purchases I have ever made. There are no ads, confidentiality is guranteed, and the AI features are neat. I haven't used it for too long, but it has helped tremendously with cognitive awareness, and relief from stressful events. My only real complaint is that the app feels a bit lackluster, as if it's not finished. I hope to see more things added, and I recommend buying the subscription if not simply to support the team!
