Dreadful app. It doesn't update. I've not had a bill shown since November. Doesn't update daily. Overcharged me for days we were away. Customer Service is even worse. They never answer the phone. Never call you back when you leave a message and never answer you on the online chat. Well, actually, I did get through to one person, but he cut me off halfway through. I did speak to one person 5 weeks ago who said she'd get my app fixed and would email me the bills. Still waiting.

App only shows how much was spent per day or hour, It doesn't show the price of kWh that was used besides this simple and not very informative feature they have the payment options. It seems the app was a prototype or the minimum viable product and then pushed to production.

The app is very useful for tracking your daily usage. I felt that the daily usage screen should show your total this month not this week. So lost 1 star for inconsistent metrics that cause confusion. Hard to fault it other than that. If I could connect this app to my car charger it would have been amazing . As is it's still way ahead of the competition.

Could be improved with a couple of small changes. It would be nice to be able to see the unit rate being charged, if its fixed or variable and also the amount used for the month rather than just the current week.
