I have a Note 9 running Android 10 Samsung One UI v 2.0. The app opens to a white screen and does not change from that rendering the app useless to me. Though I still get the push notifications. Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled and at this time appears to be working

Missing a Search function...how can an email app be missing an ability to search? I'm pretty sure the old ParentMail app had this function. Would give it a zero if I could for this rather silly oversight. Developers clearly don't live in the real world where email subjects alone aren't always the most informative!

Poorly designed waste of time. It seems most schools use this system over other messaging systems, however the system is clunky, hard to set up, and ultimately its now been a month since my child started school and I'm still unable to even register to use the app. You would have more luck using carrier pigeon than this.

A great way for schools to communicate with parents. But if I've installed the app on my phone, which notifies me of any messages etc. that I receive, I don't need additional notifications by email - there seems to be no way of suppressing emails totally.

Hi, been using the app for a while and the app has worked perfectly fine. Recently there has been an update and now I am in unable open any of the attachments. Very frustrating now I have to log onyo my laptop to view them!

The Email Preferences settings seem to have no effect. Despite having them all disabled, I receive both a notification from the app and an individual email saying exactly the same thing. Please tell me how to set this thing up to cut down on this spam!

Awful app. Shows forms as completed when I haven't completed them and you cannot provide any updates meaning that I then separately have to contact the school. For an app that is meant to save time and aid communication this is very poor

Constantly crashes, taking over a minute to load a page if it even bothers loading. Very time consuming. Send feedback button gives me a black screen. I've deleted ready to reinstall in the hope this will work. But I doubt it.

Not the best app, frustratingly doesn't always let you use back button on phone to come out of messages but worst thing is that if you cancel at the point of entering the pin you then have to go back and log in with password again. Needs work.
