Costumava adorar encomendar pela bairro, mas desta vez desiludiu. Fiz uma encomenda há 3 semanas que foi cancelada, na altura foi-me dito que demoraria uns 5 dias a ser feito o reembolso. Aguardei. Dia 19 liguei, ficaram com o meu contacto e disseram que íam falar com o gerente e que se o reembolso não fosse feito me iriam contactar... 2 dias passam, desta vez em vez de ligar enviei email... 1 semana depois ainda sem resposta. Como é que é possível?
