The app doesn't show notifications for new booking related event eventhough I have enabled the notification settings. I have to keep checking the mail. Not efficient.

Notifications suddenly stopped working meaning I now have to rely on very delayed emails from booking to be notified about messages or any bookings. Absolutely terrible when this is one of the most important services it provided.

Many glitches. Like when a guest ask for modification , then say to ignore. The host can't communicate with the guests, unless answer the modification that it's not a factor anymore . Also other ocations when the answer is not suggest and you can not answer in a proper way,because the option is not there .

Unfortunately recent updates are poor. As many of the other users I have lost push notifications. It is really disturbing. Next to that, the phone number to contact helpdesk is almost impossible to retrieve. You cannot call the helpdesk when you have an urgent issue. Please improve it immediately.

The Pulse has been a good system until lately it does not function as before instead it's looking fit SMS notifications which we do not receive on our phone. Each time we have to call local office for assistance. This is very expensive in this time and latest communication tech.
